Cow Town Productions is headed by William Rohan and employs people filling the roles of software engineer, graphic designer, animator, and project manager. We have access to a full complement of photography and film studios as well as a complete sound studio. Our work routinely makes use of one or more academic consultants, most often our head academic consultant, William Vining of SUNY College at Oneonta.
